Chatters Plodders & Bobbers - 5k Walk Brighton Seafront (+ cuppa & swim)

Garden Gate Therapy hosts a weekly walk along Brighton Seafront for people who want to chat, share ideas and support, create new friendships and put a smile on their faces.

This is an informal group of friendly people, some will walk quickly, some more slowly, and some might turn back sooner and focus on chatting over a cuppa. There will be the option for a sea or pool dip if you fancy it - and weather permitting.

You are invited to come every week, once in a while, or if you're visiting Brighton and fancy a trot with friendly faces. A WhatsApp group will keep everyone connected to monitor attendance in bad weather.
