Charlie: CF Awareness and Support

Ironside's own HERO WOD bringing awareness to how amazing our Charlie girl is and the Cystic Fibrosis Community.

Every 16:00 x 3 Sets (Charlie's birthday is 3/16)

-1000m Row (1000 new cases of CF are diagnosed each year in the US)

-30 Clean & Jerks @115/75 (1 in 30 people are carriers of the CF gene)

-40 WallBalls @20/14 (40,000 people in the US are living with CF)

-Max Burpees in time remaining

Goal is to complete 65 burpees (65 Roses...how a young one thought cystic fibrosis was pronounced after learning of their diagnosis). Score is time at the end of 65 burpees OR end of the 3rd round if 65 burpees are completed in 2 rounds.

All proceeds from "Charlie" are donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Wisconsin.
