Join me for a special priced full day advanced level pole intensive at my studio this September where all monies raised will be donated to Yorge Martinezz’s Go Fund me account where we are raising money to help Yorge and his Family after they have survived the devastating Earthquakes in Venezuela.
Money will be sent so Yorge and his family can buy food, water and start to repair and rebuild their home so they have somewhere safe to live.
Level: Advanced - you must be happy in ayesha in true grip, aerial shouldermounts, handsprings and basic one armed spins
Workshop 1
11.30am - flips and drops - 90 minutes
Join Pam as we learn some of her favourite flips, drops and tumbles. Understand the mechanics behind the rotation needed to achieve those scary tricks and how to execute them safely.
1pm - dynamic static
My favourite workshop to teach! All of the fun stuff! Flying around on a static pole, combined with powerful transitions up the pole which really stand out! Learn how to achieve effortless lift in static, and create momentum during your combos.
3pm - Holy split
Unique and unusual split shapes on the pole.
Pam will share her tips to help you maximise your flexibility and understand the mobility needed to access those deeper split moves.
4.30pm Whirlwind - spinning pole magic
In this workshop we will explore transitions and pathways between tricks on spinning pole. Taking control of our spin pole to create beautiful sequences which melt together.
Full day £100 - payment to book
