Join the Charity 5km Fancy Dress Fun Run!
Come and join us for a 5km Fancy Dress Fun Run at Kings Park — a fun, feel-good event for children, adults, families, and friends.
This is a non-competitive run with a clearly marked route, a group warm-up, and friendly marshals along the way. You can walk, jog, run, or push a buggy — the aim is simply to take part, enjoy yourself, and have fun in fancy dress.
The event is run by Aspire Life and Mudeford Quays CrossFit to raise money for Mind Dorset, helping support vital mental health services across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole. This fun run is part of a bigger fundraising journey, with Aspire's team working towards raising £20,000 and taking on a Mount Kilimanjaro climb in February 2027.
