Join us on 01/17 for an immersive Charcuterie Workshop 101 focusing on artisanal cheeses, creative presentations, and delicious pairings. Delve into the art of crafting exquisite charcuterie boards, elevate your culinary skills and impress your guests with our expert-led workshop.

This hour and a half class will be held at Honey Rose Boards, 22567 SW Washington Street, Sherwood, OR 97140, from 6:00-7:30 on Friday, January 17th.
What's included with the ticket?
- 10” round shaped board to build your charcuterie board on that will feed 3-4 people
- All ingredients needed to create your gorgeous charcuterie board
* 3 cheeses, 1 charcuterie meat, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, and all accompaniments needed to create your board.
- Step by step guidance on how to cut cheeses, style your charcuterie, and transform your ingredients for that perfect board.
- PDF guide of "how to build a board" along with some tips and tricks to put your own charcuterie board together at home.
