In proud partnership with Mailey's Provisions and Black River Arts, we are bringing to you a Charcuterie Board Workshop!Learn from James Beard Award winning chef, Adam Flood, how to prepare a charcuterie board that will have your friends and family amazed and coming back for more.
It's not just the bites that will catch everyone's attention, as your board is laser engraved from Allison Mullen of Black River Arts. You may choose between a marvelous monogram or the famous Latrobe zip code, 15650.
Your admission includes a laser engraved charcuterie board, charcuterie items, and training session. Additional charcuterie items will also be available for purchase.
