You don’t need any acting or improv experience—just bring your curiosity! 💡 About the facilitators
🔥 Rosa Molina is an improviser, playwright, actor, and director proudly hailing from Catalonia. Since moving to Oslo in 2018, she has become a vital part of the city’s vibrant improv community.
Rosa Molina is a member of The Improv Speakeasy, a dynamic group intertwining character-driven narratives with unexpected twists, and The Clap, a high-energy team celebrated for their bold and spontaneous comedy. She also performs with Destiny, a team known for their unpredictable and unique performances. On stage, Rosa’s playfulness, lightness, and cheerful energy shine, making her an integral part of Oslo’s improv scene. Her free-spirited approach adds a unique charm to her performances.
With formal training in acting, directing, and dramaturgy, and a background from Sala Beckett, a renowned Catalan center for playwriting and drama, Rosa brings a rich depth of storytelling to her improv work.
🔥 Santiago Beltrán is a lively and creative performer in Oslo’s improv scene. He is a member of The Clap, a high-energy improv team known for their bold and spontaneous comedy that keeps audiences laughing and engaged. With his sharp comedic instincts and dynamic stage presence, Santiago brings a unique flair to every performance.
Professionally, Santiago is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing web and mobile solutions.
Rosa and Santiago joined 👏The Clap👏 as founding members in August 2023. Since then, they have performed together in six shows, including one at an international improv festival.

💡 About Open Improv Workshops
Impro Neuf’s Open Improv Workshops offer a fun and beginner-friendly introduction to the world of improvisational theatre. No prior experience is needed—just sign up and join!
The workshops are led by a variety of facilitators, each bringing their own style and perspective to the session. Over the course of the semester, you’ll explore different aspects of improv, covering a wide range of fundamentals through playful exercises and games.
While attending multiple workshops will give you a well-rounded understanding of improv, every session is stand-alone and does not build on previous ones. This makes it perfect for newcomers to join at any time, while regulars can enjoy fresh exercises and insights each week.

🔹 Inclusivity & Safety: Impro Neuf is committed to creating welcoming, inclusive, and safe spaces for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior is not tolerated.
🔹 Respect Boundaries: All attendees must respect each other’s boundaries. Improvisers should always be mindful of their scene partners and discuss boundaries when needed.
🔹 Encouraged Behaviors:
• Respect others and the rules.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
• Use common sense and good judgment.
🔹 Unacceptable Behaviors:
• Discrimination or harassment based on gender, ethnicity, orientation, etc.
• Unwanted touching or inappropriate comments.
• Any behavior that causes discomfort or harm.
🔹 During Scenes: Improvisers can call a 'time out' if they feel uncomfortable, and this must be respected immediately.
🔹 Reporting Violations: Any violation of these guidelines should be reported to the Impro Neuf Board. Consequences will depend on the severity of the breach.
🔹 Commitment: All members are expected to follow these guidelines and contribute to a positive community experience.
