I got a heads up about this route a while back and have had a few others suggest it since then. So we're going to head up to IN to check it out!This will be a fairly long day at around 240 miles and 6 hours ride time plus the stops. Meetup will be at the Shell just South of I64 exit 53A at 2215 US-127 S. Meetup time 8:30am. Kickstands up at 9. Windy KY backroads into Indiana where we'll pick up the Serpent of 62 in Madison. The Serpent is around 100 miles through South East Indiana. There is a road closure we'll have to go around in Indiana. The ride will end at the Shell where it began. There will be gas at every stop along the ride, but please top off before we leave.
The plan is to stop at Mo's Steakhouse in Vevay, IN for lunch.
