Join us to learn more about Bluegrass PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Care! For those 55 and older who have Medicaid and/or Medicare, PACE can help you live safely at home with:
- Medical care and home support
- Rides to appointments
- Medications and equipment
- Fun activities and social time
Drop in anytime between 10:30am and 12:30pm for coffee and an opportunity to chat about the program with Emily Seger, PACE Outreach Coordinator! No registration necessary.
