CHANGEOVER TOUR LANDS TO LJUBLJANA
Ever since its founding four years ago, CHANGEOVER FESTIVAL has strived to expand its reach — across genres, audiences and different cultural explorations.
Upon opening the festival season in its native Belgrade (22–23 May), Changeover kicked off its Tour for the first time. After passing by Niš, Sofia and Zagreb, Ljubljana comes up next on
Saturday, 13th June. Before Changeover returns home to prepare for the festival’s flagship edition in October, Prague and Berlin come to end the Tour.
Showcase of musical diversity of Serbian and Ljubljana alternative scene Taking place at magical craft bar Voyager, the lineup presents a mix of artists from Slovenia and
Serbia, all different in styles but deeply immersed in explorative and unconventional approaches to their music:
�Inturist – a songwriter and producer with a thousand faces, switching seamlessly between no-wave, psychedelia, free jazz and outsider pop with an improvisational punk attitude.
�Andre Droga – a Slovenian-Portuguese singer-songwriter building his sound between pop, indie, electronics and hip-hop.
�monica – straight outta Belgrade, bringing boldness to stoner rock, grunge, shoegaze and hardcore with utmost curiosity present at all times.
Vasilje Peranov – heavily influenced by Eastern Orthodox spirituality, embedded with daydreamy and profound lyricism.
