🥂 CHAMPAGNE MASTER CLASS
A Deep Dive into the World’s Most Celebrated Bubbles
Thursday, October 15 | 6–7:30PM
Sip Better | 707 N 3rd St (North Loop), Minneapolis
Special Guest: Nick Bland of Skurnik Wines
Real Champagne Lovers, this one’s for you. 🍾
Join Sip Better founder + sommelier Leslee Miller and special guest Nick Bland of Champagne importer Skurnik Wines for an intimate, 90 min Champagne Master Class devoted to one of the most fascinating wine regions in the world.
And yes—we mean Champagne. From Champagne, France.
This is not your average sparkling wine class.
We’re popping five small-grower Champagnes and going well beyond the bubbles—digging deep into the villages, subregions, grapes, soils, farming, grower styles and winemaking decisions that make Champagne so incredibly diverse.
We’ll taste our way through:
🥂Mark Hébrart Cuvée de Réserve Champagne
🥂Vilmart & Cie ‘Grand Cellier’ Champagne
🥂Aubry Brut Rosé Champagne
🥂Pierre Gimonnet & Fils ‘Cuis Premier Cru’ Champagne
🥂Champagne Billecart-Salmon ‘Le Réserve’ Brut Champagne
Five Champagnes. Five completely different expressions. One seriously bubbly evening.
Whether you’re already Champagne-obsessed or simply want to understand why one bottle can taste dramatically different from the next, we’ll give you the tools to taste Champagne with a whole new perspective.
Cost: $75 / Tickets are Non Refundable but can be transferred to another (21yrs of age) if you cannot make it
No Refunds for any Reason
