Founded in 1818 by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon has remained one of Champagne’s most esteemed houses for more than two centuries. Seven generations later, the family continues to uphold its founding motto, “Give priority to quality, strive for excellence,” crafting Champagnes renowned for their precision, purity, and timeless sophistication. For this special evening, we will showcase a remarkable selection of the House’s iconic cuvées alongside rare and exclusive bottlings.
