Join ME2 Leow Rui Qing (Section Oboe) and ME2 Benjamin Wong (Co-Principal Clarinet) in a chamber music programme centred on the distinctive voices of the clarinet, oboe, and bassoon—three reed instruments seldom heard together in an intimate ensemble setting. From Francis Poulenc’s 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘗𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘰, 𝘖𝘣𝘰𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯 and Beethoven’s “𝘎𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘶𝘦𝘳” 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘰, the programme highlights the unique tonal colours and expressiveness that emerge when these instruments engage inclose musical dialogue.
