A 3-month community wellness programme providing professional sound therapy to vulnerable individuals and families. Through scientifically-backed sound healing techniques, we support emotional regulation, reduce chronic stress, and promote mental well-being.

For just $10, you receive 12 professional group sound therapy sessions (worth over $468) guided by certified practitioners from Singapore's first internationally-accredited sound therapy studio.

Each participant completes a structured 3-month cycle with rotating monthly themes designed to address your most pressing wellness needs.
