Chakradance is a movement practice which uses spontaneous dance for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole mind-body-spirit energy system.
Join Lindsay Bodenhofer, licensed Chakradance Facilitator, on this inward-focused journey to cultivate a deep sense of balance and well-being. No chakra knowledge or dance experience is necessary.
