Chakradance is a movement practice which uses spontaneous dance for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole mind-body-spirit energy system.
Join Lindsay Bodenhofer, licensed Chakradance Facilitator, on this inward-focused journey to cultivate a deep sense of balance and well-being.
No chakra knowledge or dance experience is necessary.
$225 per person for the entire 9 weeks or $30 per person per session as a drop-in; please register online at shalomretreats.org or by calling 563.582.3592 by Friday, September 27 to register for the entire series, or by noon on the Monday before a session to register for that individual session.
