CHAKRADANCE-THE HEART CHAKRA (ANAHATA)

Join Roshni for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing ANAHATA - The HEART Chakra. This chakra relates to our ability to love ourselves and others. The heart chakra governs our compassion and our empathetic connections. During this workshop we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy at this centre thus allowing serenity and balance to return. This is the workshop for fostering our self - love and our love for others and the wider world. The workshop will last around 2-3 hours and will consist of the following:

• Meditation

• Guided Visualisation

• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)

• Mandala artwork

• Personal feedback
