Chakradance - The Base Chakra (MULADHARA)

Join Roshni for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing MULADHARA - The BASE Chakra. This chakra is the centre for grounding connection and for feeling safe. During this workshop we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy at this centre thus allowing ourselves to feel safe in ourselves and manifesting a belief in our solid foundations as human beings. The workshop will last around 2-3 hours and will consist of the following:

• Meditation

• Guided Visualisation

• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)

• Mandala artwork

• Personal feedback
