Are you being called to dive deeper into all of who you are? Chakradance is a gentle and deeply effective form of therapy. It encompasses guided dance, meditation, art therapy and sharing in circle with like minded individuals.
Each week I will guide you into each of the chakras where you will learn, dance and celebrate every part of your being.
Chakradance can be described as gentle but powerful. The dance really is just free movement. Don’t be thrown off by the idea of having to dance. Just come and move your body and your energy.
