Grief is messy. Grief is complicated .

Grief isn't linear. Grief is painful.

Grief is challenging and navigating grief can be challenging.

Making sense of the world after grief can be daunting.

We'll walk through messiness of grief together.

Certified Grief Therapist with ACTive Minds Therapy, Christine McInnes will lead you through thoughtful exercises and techniques to help you understand and navigate your grief.

Dawn Condon, certified Yoga therapist owner Connected Living Yoga & Wellness, will help you understand how to manage grief as it shows up in your body using yoga and somatic movement. No yoga experience necessary.

Please know that we are here to support you in any way we are qualified to do. We will be opening frank conversations and working in groups and teams during our time together. If you feel you need more during our series, please make sure you have access to care from your therapist or support. We can recommend care if you need referrals.

We know that sometimes schedules collide. Unfortunately we can not refund or make up the classes that are missed.

Please also note, that we cannot offer full refunds on our session fee. Cancelations prior to 15 days before workshop start date will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee. Cancelations after the 15 days prior event, will be subject to a 50% fee.
