Our energy moves in patterns, spiraling through the chakras and influencing every aspect of our physical, emotional, and spiritual selves. When these energy centers become blocked or imbalanced, we feel it—not just in our minds, but deep within our bodies. This is where Yin Yoga and Sound Healing come together as powerful tools for alignment and release.
Please bring a yoga mat and expect to use studio props, including blankets and bolsters.
