Join us for a heart-centered practice open to people of all religions and backgrounds with Damodar Das Kirtan. Kirtan is a form of 'bhakti' (devotional) yoga that uses simple call-and-response chanting to quiet the mind, open the heart, and create a sense of connection.
The mantras are sung in Sanskrit, an ancient sacred language whose sounds are considered healing and uplifting in and of themselves.
No singing ability is required — just an openness to the experience.
