Join us for this workshop designed to introduce the seven major energy centers in the body known as chakras. As we explore these energy centers, we will use practical tools to promote energetic balance and personal growth in these areas. We will use guided meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, sound healing and journaling to help us identify and release energetic blockages and gain a better understanding of the connection between our inner and outer worlds. Please plan to bring a notebook or journal and writing implements to the workshop.
