JB Wellness is a local yoga studio in Russellville that specializes in yoga therapy, individual & small group yoga, yoga classes, health coaching, sound baths, & trapeze yoga.
Instructor and host Jill Belongia was a former music educator in elementary, junior high, and high school music rooms and band rooms and is the wife of Arkansas Tech University Director of Bands, Dan Belongia. After transitioning out of music, Jill became a Certified Yoga Therapist, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and holds an E-RYT 500 through the Yoga Alliance, and Group Fitness & Health Coach Certifications through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit and trained in CranioSacral and Sound Therapy. Since 2003, Jill has worked with clients of all ages to help them build strength and flexibility, to learn breathing and relaxation techniques, and to help them find balance in the physical body, and in life.
