The Chakra Wisdom, Hormone and Menopause Workshop is a 12-hour workshop that gently guides you to explore your major Chakra energy centres, their purpose, themes, locations and structure.The first day of Chakra Wisdom Weekend covers the seven Major Chakra. We explore each Chakra’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects and their balancing and alignment tools.
The second day focuses on connecting the Major Chakras to our Hormone System. We explore the major hormonal pathways of our Reproductive Hormones, how they change during our life stages into Menopause, and how they stabilise in post-menopause.
You will be guided to create your own Chakra Balancing Oil Blend by accessing the 60 Essential Oils from Aromatic Kinesiology.
