A sound bath will raise your vibration once more, rejuvenating you from within.In this yoga and sound workshop you will be taken on a personal journey as you are immersed in a soothing soundscape of vibrations from singing bowls, gong, drums and chimes.
This workshop is suitable for all levels including people who are new to yoga and sound bath.
