Chakra Sound Bath Meditation
Sound baths heal the body's nervous system, digestion and sleep. This healing begins with recalibrating the Chakra system with the 11 handmade Tibetan Bowls while Doug plays the African Kora a 21-string harp.
Many share how the Bowls are grounding and the Kora uplifting. Tension drips off the body to find equilibrium. Our brains synchronize balancing the left and right hemispheres.
