Join us for our monthly Sound Healing Chakra Series at Little Green Plant Bar Café in Redwood City, hosted by Alchemy Divination.
I’m Melissa—founder of Alchemy Divination, a spiritual coach and energy healer devoted to Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, and Angelic Reiki. My work is deeply rooted in the ancestral healing traditions of my Nahuat Pipil lineage from El Salvador.
I’ll be holding space for a deeply intuitive and illuminating Third Eye Chakra experience.
This session is all about clarity, insight, and intuitive awakening as we activate and align the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)—your energetic center of inner vision, wisdom, and spiritual perception. Through sound healing, reiki, breathwork, guided meditation, and intuitive journaling, we’ll clear the fog and awaken the sacred sight within.

Arrival/Cleansing ceremony
Info: Upon arrival each attendee will receive an energetic cleanse. Melissa will conduct this sacred cleansing to release any negative or heavy energies, creating an open and purified space for your spirit to receive maximum benefits from the workshop. This cleansing also invites your ancestors to step forward into the space, offering additional guidance and support.

Sacred discussion; Journaling and coloring meditation
Info: Once you've been cleansed and settled into your spot, the workshop activation begins with some journaling and/or connection with our creative energy through a coloring meditation. Once everyone has been cleansed, we begin our sacred conversation about the Third Eye Chakra.

Breathwork and Third Eye Chakra activation

We'll commence our third eye chakra activation session by engaging in breathwork exercises. Following this, we'll move into the third eye chakra activation phase. This will facilitate the opening of your third eye chakra to receive Reiki energy and sound healing. It aims to encourage any messages pertinent to your third eye chakra to surface during the sound bath meditation.

Info: The sound bath ceremony begins with guided breath work exercises that leads to Third Eye Chakra meditation followed by a sound bath with individual reiki-infused healing.

Harmony's Embrace: Closing Ceremony, Nourishment, and Social Time
Info: The sound bath ceremony closes with a journaling activity and a group and/or one-on-one discussion with Melissa on what was felt during the sound healing. Also, enjoy some intentional chakra-related drinks and foods to fuel/replenish our energy center. This sacred space is open for you to interact with your soul family and socialize if you feel called to connect with others who are attending the workshop and begin to gain your support community.
