Come and experience firsthand the ancient practice of laying of stones during this full moon, in a guided crystal meditation and chakra balancing. Full moon energy is the perfect time to reset, re-align, and let go! This is an excellent way to get introduced to the benefits of crystal energy work if you've never experienced it before. Or you may just need to balance your chakra system, an energetic tune-up so to speak. Annette will guide you through each of your seven chakras during this meditation to clear any energetic debris. The room will be open to discuss your meditation experience at the end. (Optional)
Wear comfortable clothing bring your yoga mat, water, and pillow. Crystal chakra sets will be provided for your use. (Available for purchase, optional) Every participant will receive a complimentary crystal of their choice with a description card at the end of the workshop. Workshop is limited to 10 participants, so sign up early to secure your space.
