Why does Skyhawks Sports Academy exist?Because we want kids to love sports as much as we do. And we want them to enjoy all the benefits that come from playing sports, as much as we have. It’s that simple.
Skyhawks Sports Academy & Atlantic Cape Community College have teamed up to host a free Day of Play on Saturday, June 1st at the Mays Landing Campus from 10:00AM-12:00PM for ages 5-14. In honor of Atlantic Cape’s 60th anniversary, we would like to welcome our neighbors with open arms. Participants will be introduced to positive role models and community leaders, put their minds and bodies in motion, and enjoy an overall wholesome experience playing six different sports, at no cost to the families.
The Day of Play event is an opportunity for Skyhawks Sports & Atlantic Cape to give back to our community and introduce area children to a variety of sports in an environment that’s supportive and inclusive where kids can just be kids, regardless of economic status. Our vision is to create and grow a community event where youngsters can thrive, fostering a love for sports, building character, and instilling values that will last a lifetime.
Advanced registration is required. Free to register - available to the first 50 participants aged 5-14.
Over the last 45 years, Skyhawks Sports Academy vibrant memories have been created in the lives of boys and girls across North America, coaches, and partners of Skyhawks. Skyhawks has been ranked #1 in the category of Children's Fitness Programs. The most incredible part of a Skyhawks Sports Academy program is that the children forget that they are learning valuable sport and life skills because those lessons are so well integrated with friendly and fascinating play. Most important to us, and the purpose of Skyhawks Sports Academy, is to teach life skills through sports.

This age group learns naturally through engaging play activities. We've tailored a curriculum that cleverly uses their intrinsic motivations to foster athletic skills and fitness through a sequence of entertaining but beneficial games. And the best part? The kids don't even realize they're developing these skills - it's our little secret! 🤫
🏈 Skyhawks non-competitive, fun-filled, sports-based Summer Camps are the perfect introduction to flag football, track & field, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer, and golf. Make a new friend...learn a new sport...and build lasting memories. Residency not required.
