Chakra Healing Series - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Event

Welcome to the Chakra Healing Series - Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Event! Join us for a transformative experience every Tuesday mornings, starting on Tue Nov 19 2024 at 10:00 AM at Sia located at 390 Pearl St unit 1B in Burlington downtown. Let's dive deep into our chakras and release any blockages through guided meditation and the healing vibrations of a sound bath.

This sound bath will include a unique blend of singing bowls, koshi chimes, singing pyramids and various frequency instruments along with immersive sounds of nature to coincide with the chakra center being healed. Every featured sound bath event will start with some gentle tai chi movement to loosen up bodily tensions, and will follow with a lightly curated guided meditation to lead you through a visceral inner balancing to achieve diamond clarity of mind, body and soul.

We launch with the root chakra all the way up to the crown to reset before year's end on December 31st, 2024.
