This sound ceremony aligns cosmic and earthly energies, guiding you inward and preparing you for the dynamic concert that follows where you will experience live music, singing, free flowing dance, and a joyous celebration of the season.
About the Hosts:
Lisbeth Fregonese is an Advanced Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, Life Coach, and Holistic Nutritionist. She teaches Somatic Meditation at Be Yoga Wellness and offers online meditation and teachings.
Michael Moon is an International Recording Artist, Producer, Composer, Sound Therapist, and Astrologer. He has performed at numerous venues, including The Toronto Yoga Show, Wholistic Wellness Community Expos and has recorded numerous albums (see The Temple of Sound).
Together they have recorded a meditation CD titled, “Guided Deep Trance Meditations”
