The class will begin with an introduction to the chakra system and an overview of the role of each chakra in your overall mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. You will then be guided through a series of restorative yoga poses designed to activate and balance each of the seven main chakras. Each pose will be accompanied by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls specifically selected to resonate with each chakra and essential oils will be provided to enhance your experience.
