Book Study: Listening Below the Noise by Anne D. LeClaire
Join us for an enriching book study on Listening Below the Noise, where we’ll explore Anne D. LeClaire’s journey into silence, presence, and spiritual simplicity. Through the book, LeClaire shares her insights into finding calm and grace amid the noise of our daily lives. Together, we’ll reflect on themes of mindfulness, solitude, and the curative powers of stillness, drawing parallels with practices in meditation and self-awareness. This workshop offers an opportunity to connect deeply with ourselves and others as we discuss practical ways to embrace stillness and inner peace in our own lives. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have a seasoned practice, this gathering will provide space for meaningful reflection, connection, and rejuvenation.
We will meet once a month for 3 months. (2nd Sunday in February, March and April from 2pm-4pm )
