Folks, 1st class 1.9.24. Classes are aimed at people who suffer from stress, anxiety, fatigue, emotional blockages, feel stuck, frustrated etc.
Life Force Energies will start at the very beginning to help you get to know your energy, triggers, emotions, wheee re they are stored to enable you to be aware and the shift!
From here we will do other classes only when you have the foundational understanding of your energy system.
My aim is to get you to learn about you so you can manage every day life and events or situations effectively. Showing up every day energised, inspired and in flow.
I will not be doing any activations unless you have joined the classes and been through this process and or are able to demonstrate knowledge of your energy, appreciate and understand the power of your energy and know the trendy system.
By completing 7-8 rounds of these initial sessions you will be in a position of self empowerment and mastery.
Then we will go deeper.
