We will have chairs for everyone. You can come and sit with a Mat, but you must call and pre-book before so we can ensure enough space. Failure to call results in no admission.
Many ancient traditions have recognized the wheels of energy that flow throughout our bodies known as chakras. But, what do you do when these energy wheels are blocked?

In this workshop we will go over what chakras are, what they do and what happens when they are blocked. We we will also discuss different ways of opening and maintaining you chakras with crystals, sound healing and pranayama which is breath work.

You will learn several ways to remove negative energies and what to do to prevent future blocks. Each student will have the opportunity to learn how to check and see how their chakras are functioning.

We will start with a twenty minute lecture on the chakras so that even those who are new can benefit. We will then move into a meditation to align our energy followed by yoga, which will open each individual chakra.
