Floating (or Poolside) Sound Bath

Join us for a serene experience combining the gentle support of water with healing vibrations of sound. Whether you're new to sound baths or a seasoned wellness searcher, this is a beautiful way to release, reconnect, and renew.

Gorgeous sound bath healing provided by Stephanie Trappler, an E-RYT 200hr trained yoga teacher whose passion lies in cultivating relaxation and inner peace through breathwork and sound. Specializing in immersive sound bath experiences, she blends crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, to create deeply meditative, healing spaces. Stephanie's classes invite students to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and return to a place of well-being.

Host Marlene Barardo from Spacious Living, Life Coaching will share reflections on sound bath healing, the transformative power of sound vibrations, and their deep connection to chakra alignment and energetic harmony. Her passion lies in cocreating with women who are doing work to support spaciousness, balance and ease in daily living and in providing experiences that support what she encourages in her clients.

Two options to choose from: on a float in the pool ($44) or poolside on a yoga mat ($33).

What to bring:

-if on a float- comfortable clothes and a towel

-if poolside- a yoga mat and anything you'd like to feel comfortable (pillows, light blanket)

-a water bottle

-bug spray
