Chakra Awakening Evening Wellness Retreat

CHC & Reagan Sobel Yoga are putting together an evening wellness retreat/reset!

Prepare to be dropped into an immersive, sensory experience that brings the community together for breathwork, yogic flow, somatic meditation & nourishing goodies donated from local cafes!

All proceeds will go to Samaritan's Purse in helping western NC after the heartbreaking damage and also to T.O. Missions, a non-profit to get chiropractic and other healing modalities WORLDWIDE.

We ask that attendees arrive at 5:15pm with a yoga mat, journal, yogic clothes + an open mind & an open heart!
