Mystic instructor, author and Reiki guide Sarah Iaccarino returns to Mystic Fitness for an energetic series that combines yin yoga with reiki energy and essential oils to restore your upper Chakras.
The upper Chakras consist of the Throat Chakra, the Third Eye, and the Crown Chakra. The top three Chakras connect to how we engage with the world and spiritual principles of awareness, consciousness, and enlightenment.
They represent our ability to speak out truth, engage with other beings, understand the deeper meaning of our experience, and develop our connection to the cosmos.
Applying yin yoga and reiki energy techniques, this class is designed to help students unblock their upper Chakras and clear these energy pathways.
Night 2 will also explore the heart Chakra which balances the upper three Chakras with the lower three Chakras.
The heart Chakra represents love, compassion, and
emotional healing.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring your yoga mat,
a blanket and warm socks. Please bring anything else to support your relaxation and yourself, as you are.
All levels. No yoga experience necessary. 75 minutes.
The room may be warm.

Night 1 (September 28) explores the lower Chakras.
Night 2 (October 12) explores the upper Chakras and the Heart Chakra.

or both events.
