THURSDAY 13TH NOVEMBER 2025 - 11.30AM - 12.30PM AT PATCHAM MEMORIAL HALL, BRIGHTON.
We will be covering the following:
Yoga postures
Breathwork
Guided relaxation
Meditation
We will be practicing in a chair seated and sometimes standing (if possible).
We will have a laugh and a giggle along the way, give our bodies a little workout and our minds a little holiday :-)
