**Chair Yoga in Fernwood this November :)**
Hi! I’m Rosina, a Fernwood-local yoga teacher (RYT-200), and I’m offering a 4-week chair yoga series at Little Gladstone Studio.
We’ll move, breathe, and unwind together, with options so you can choose what feels good in your own body. No experience needed, and all ages and abilities are welcome.
**When:** Mondays in November (9, 16, 23 & 30), 1-2pm
**Where:** Little Gladstone Studio
**Cost:** $40 for all 4 weeks
