Chair yoga is not just for your grandma -- but she is very welcome to come! This practice is for EVERYONE.
After teaching somewhere over 200 chair yoga classes over the past year, I have to say, it has changed my life. And those who have experienced chair yoga will agree, there's something really special about this supported practice.
You are invited to start your new year by bringing something fresh to your yoga practice -- more support, a new perspective and no less goodness from an hour spent in mindful movement!
There's nothing you need to bring with you, except for a friend :)
If there's someone you know who feels like their body can't handle a floor yoga practice right now, this is a perfect option for them to explore!
