Chair yoga is a gentler form of yoga where poses are modified to be practiced while seated in a chair or standing and using a chair for support. It combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, offering similar benefits to traditional yoga, such as increased flexibility, strength, and balance, while promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
