How will your life shift when you cultivate a practice of gratitude and commit to offering thanks consistently? Join us to find out.
Ashley combines her practices of Integrative Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Healing to create the ultimate retreat from your day-to-day life, without needing to travel far.
You're invited to participate in three group holistic healing sessions that will each include a short discussion and journaling prompt, plus guided meditation, Reiki and sound healing.
Dates: November 8, 15, & 22.
Time: 9:45 - 10:45 am
Fee: $120 for all sessions if registered by 10/25.
$150 after 10/25.
