About this Event

Chair Yoga is an exercise program for seniors or anyone with health challenges. Using chair support, Bonnie Stewart shows participants how to move through a series of seated and standing yoga and stretching poses designed to increase flexibility, range of movement and balance.
Bonnie owns Bonne Living Yoga where the goal is to create greater mental clarity and a stronger body and mind.
