Weekly Chair Functional Stretch sessions are available on Thursdays at 11:30am from January 8th through January 29th here at the Monroe Township Library. Certified teachers from Relax Mind & Body located at 621 S. Main Street in Williamstown will be here offering Chair Functional Stretch Classes. Chair functional stretches are exercises that can be done while seated in a chair to improve flexibility, mobility and circulation. These stretches can be beneficial for people of all ages and fitness levels, and they are particularly useful for those who spend a lot of time sitting or have limited mobility. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
