CGR Master Class- Pilates for Mental Health & Wellness

Join Creative Girls Rock®️ in partnership with Work It Pilates Studio for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and wellness during Mental Health Awareness Month!

This beginner friendly Pilates workshop is designed for youth and adults ages 8 and up and will focus on stretching, core strength, balance, breathing, and intentional movement to support both physical and mental wellness.

Whether you are new to Pilates or looking for a fun wellness activity for the family, this class is the perfect opportunity to reset, recharge, and move your body in a positive and encouraging environment.

• Youth ages 8 and up

Please note: Parents/guardians must remain present for participants under the age of 16.

Additionally, I waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising out of or related to the use of the Images.
