At Inca Social, we believe food has the power to bring people together — but even more importantly, it has the power to change lives.

This special evening is more than a dinner.
It is a celebration of Peruvian culture, community, and purpose.

For the third consecutive year, Inca Social is honored to host Ceviche con Propósito™, an inspiring culinary initiative originally created by the Encalada brothers, founders of Ceviche by Divino in Miami.

What began in 2022 as a simple mission quickly became a movement:
For every ceviche sold, $1 was donated to support underserved families in Peru.

Over time, that mission grew into something even bigger.

Today, Ceviche con Propósito™ helps support single mothers and vulnerable communities in Peru by contributing toward:
• Housing and home construction
• Access to clean water
• Sustainable energy solutions
• Family and community support initiatives

In 2023, our paths crossed during an event at the Embassy of Peru in Washington DC. Their story deeply moved our team at Inca Social, and we proudly joined the mission.

Now in 2026, we continue this tradition with an unforgettable chef-driven experience featuring exclusive dishes inspired by the coast, Andes, and Amazon of Peru.
