Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Training - Yaletown
About this Event
The Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Training is a two-day professional training for anyone who wants to understand sound more deeply and learn how to facilitate it with skill and intention.
Rather than simply learning how to play instruments, you’ll explore how sound works, how it is experienced through the body and nervous system, and how to design and facilitate a complete sound session.
The training brings together sound science, musical technique, nervous-system and sensory awareness, trauma-informed principles, ethics and hands-on facilitation.
We also explore emerging areas of research, including fascia, connective tissue and mechanical vibration, while learning how to distinguish established evidence from theory and unsupported wellness claims.
The goal is to give you a grounded framework for working with sound while still leaving space for the creative, intuitive and spiritual dimensions of the practice.
No previous experience is required.

Why This Training Is Different
Sound facilitation is more than knowing how to make an instrument sound beautiful.
Students learn to understand sound, musicality, sensory experience, nervous-system awareness, safety and session design so they can make intentional decisions about how and why they use sound.
The training balances science with the creative and contemplative dimensions of the practice while maintaining clear professional scope and responsible claims.
The goal is not to teach one rigid formula. It is to give you the knowledge and practical foundation to begin developing your own informed facilitation style.
