Come join us at Zen Within Wellness Centre for an evening of Ceremonial Nalu Breathwork.Allow your mind, body & soul to discover a new level of transformation through the healing power of your own breath. Guided by uplifting music and gentle healing sounds, this journey creates a deeply nurturing physical, emotional, and spiritual experience.
✨ Our Nalu Breathwork classes will be held in ceremony.
Each session will begin with sacred intention-setting, where we may work with ceremonial cacao, flower tinctures, or Blue Lotus quails, supporting heart opening, grounding, and deeper connection. These elements are offered gently and respectfully, enhancing the breathwork journey while honouring ancient ceremonial traditions.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced breather, these classes are simple, safe, and profoundly effective. Nalu Breathwork is an active breathing process that differs from traditional meditation or mindfulness practices. Many people describe it as unlike anything they’ve ever experienced before.
This work is deeply experiential and may involve physical, energetic, and emotional release, ultimately leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalised.
